The V Festival happens in two cites, Chelmsford (Hyland Park) and Staffordshire (Weston Park). It’s a two day festival, (August 22nd & 23rd) with 4 stages, 80 bands, and they all hop back and forth to both locations playing once in each city. Tickets went on sale 6th March 2009…check here.
