The Brothers Movement came into existence in 2008, after spending three years creating music under the name ‘Mainline’. This Dublin rock n roll band has supported the likes of Primal Scream, Ian Brown, MC5, Sonic Youth, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and loads more. Along with a new moniker, the band formerly know as, Mainline, added some new additions to their line-up.
The Brothers Movement spent the first half of 2008 recording their debut album in Philadelphia with the Cobbs (BRMC, Peasant, War on Drugs). The Brothers Movement recently played at SXSW and were apparently not too shabby.
