When I heard the track “Avalanches” from Jordaan Mason & The Horse Museum, I was immediately fascinated with them, then I saw the cover art for their album, ‘Divorce Lawyers I Shaved My Head’, and I nodded my head with a smirk of delight.
The album, ‘Divorce Lawyers I Shaved My Head’, was released a few months ago via Oh! Map Records.
Oh! Map Record’s website: Jordaan writes slightly illiterate songs about sex, sickness, and the end of the world. He sings them very loudly and very quietly in rooms. Sometimes he is joined by the Horse Museum, which is friends singing and bringing down the house with him, knocking things over in the process. The Horse Museum members consist of a linguist, a beekeeper, a francophone, a novelist, and an x-men nerd.
